When you submit the enquiry form, your name, email address, optional phone number, interests, and message are shared with Michael through Follow Up Boss, his contact management service, to respond to your enquiry and assist with the services you request. If that connection is unavailable, you can send your enquiry by email instead. Information is retained in Michael’s contact management account; this website does not maintain a separate contact database.

Website services

The hosting provider, Cloudflare, may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver and secure the website. Cloudflare also provides aggregate website usage and page-performance statistics. The guided chat provides preset information and does not use an AI service. Its answers run in your browser; your chat choices and entered details are not saved by this website or retained after a page reload. After you agree to the privacy notice in the Contact form or guided chat enquiry form, Follow Up Boss’s website integration loads on that page. It uses cookies or browser storage to associate your enquiry and activity on that page with your contact record. Your enquiry details are shared with Michael through Follow Up Boss when you submit the form. This website does not include advertising trackers or newsletter sign-up tools. Property galleries, social profiles, and other linked websites have their own privacy practices. YouTube content loads only after you choose to watch a video; YouTube may then process information according to its privacy policy.
